What if I am already an Effects Store user? Do I need to buy a new subscription?

If you have an active Effects Store subscription (monthly, quarterly, or annual) then your subscription rate (for a Filmstock Standard Plan) will remain what it was for the Effects Store and will not increase, unless you cancel your subscription and re-subscribe.

You can use your same Wondershare ID account to log in to Filmstock.

 

If I want to download and use Filmora video effects, which version of Filmora do I need?

Video effects from Filmstock are only compatible with Filmora version 9.1 or above.

 

If I am using FIlmora 8.x, can I still use Filmstock ?

Media files such as video footage, images, and audio from Filmstock are compilable with Filmora 8.0 or above, but if you want to download and use Filmora video effects please upgrade to Filmora version 9.1 or above.   

 

When I try to download Filmora effects, nothing happens. What should I do?

a. Before downloading Filmora effects please make sure to install Filmora version 9.1 or higher.

b. To download Filmora effects, select “Filmora Effects” as the format and then click Download Now.

c. Click Open FEffectStoreExe.exe and FIlmora will automatically open and start downloading chosen effects.

 

What if Filmora doesn’t open automatically?

Here are some ways to solve this problem:

a. Upgrade your browser to the latest version.

b. Try a different browser.

c. Please upgrade to the latest version of Filmora (Filmstock requires version 9.1 or above)
