The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are those that meet all the conditions detailed above.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Potential winners will be notified by e-mail and announced on Filmoa's social media channels around November 22, 2019. Any winner who fails to respond to our e-mail within 72 hours will have their prize revoked and a second entrant will be selected. If the second winner fails to respond to our e-mail within 72 hours, their prize will be revoked and a third winner will be reached under the same conditions. In the event that the third winner fails to respond to our e-mail, the prize will not be awarded.
Prior to receiving the prize, the winner will be required to provide valid photo ID and to sign a release form releasing Wondershare Technology and its related parties from any and all liability in connection with the Giveaway and/or the prize, confirming compliance with the giveaway rules and consenting to the use of his or her name and photograph, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by Wondershare Technology and/or its advertising and promotional agencies. This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of China. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this giveaway shall be submitted to Shenzhen International Court of arbitration for arbitration with its effective rules and no other court anywhere else.
